Knowing that I like a tight crotch rope, he started out by adding that then making me do squats so I could feel it do deep inside me with every squat. To make sure I was practicing my balance he tied my hands behind my back to ensure balance and proper posture.

Feeling like I should be doing some form of 80’s workout in my thong leotard, my guy put together a nice little stretching routine for me. Knowing that being well discipline one shouldn’t talk back, I’m still working on this one, my guy shoved 3 pairs of panties into my mouth and secured it with duct tape and then with an ace bandage.

My posture still wasn’t up to par, so he added more rope around my upper arms XXXX my shoulders back even more. After I was asked to use my skills to get the floor I struggled and wiggled my way to the floor just as I was asked.

This for sure keeps me quiet, at least talking. Grunts and moans are still acceptable. My guy then tied my ankles while they were crossed together, reminding me how a lady should sit. And finally for my final stretch my guy tied my wrists to my legs causing my to practice my flexibility and breathing. It was quite the little workout, so glad I have such a good coach.
